Director of Trade

Manuel “Manolo”, our Director of Trade, leads procurement and sales across Canada, the United States, Mexico, and Latin America. Working closely with both producers and customers, he is dedicated to building reliable supply chains and delivering high quality agricultural products with a strong focus on long term partnerships, competitive value, and exceptional service.

Manolo’s academic background is in Industrial Engineering from ITESM, and he is currently pursuing a degree in Administration at CNCI. Additionally, he has earned several diplomas in the agriculture sector and animal nutrition, further enhancing his expertise in these fields.

Manolo’s career is marked by significant achievements, including involvement in humanitarian aid exports to Central America, where he facilitated the shipment of food supplies. He has also successfully engaged in contract farming with world-class companies in the corn industry, showcasing his expertise and commitment to excellence.

Outside of work, Manolo enjoys horse riding, spending quality time with family and friends, exploring new culinary experiences, reading, and cooking. His outgoing personality and passion for meeting new people and discovering new places help him understand and address the diverse cultural needs of the markets he serves.
