Richard is a passionate agribusiness expert who has spent most of his career working in the organic sector. Since graduating from the University of Manitoba in 2013 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Agribusiness, he has taken on a number of lead marketing positions that have further reinforced his solution oriented mindset.

What drives Richard is his love for connecting farmers and buyers and working alongside them to create successful business relationships. His day-to-day activities involve working closely with both organic and conventional growers, helping them to market their crop production, and finding the best opportunities for them through his extensive buyer network.

Richard thrives on:

→ Creating a positive experience by utilizing his knowledge of contracts and excellent negotiation skills
→ Working with producers of all sizes and helping them achieve their goals

Personal facts: Outside of work Richard can be found enjoying outdoor adventures with his wife and their three kiddos, playing or watching basketball, or poorly attempting to play the guitar.
