Josue has been part of the Prairie Berries family for 18 years and brings more than ten years of specialized experience in food safety and quality assurance. He helps make sure every part of our production and processing meets the highest standards.

He works with key programs like HACCP, SQF, SFCR, and Kosher to keep our certifications strong and our operations ready for both customer expectations and regulatory audits. Josue oversees quality control on the production floor, manages important documentation, and leads improvements that keep everything running safely and smoothly. His long-standing experience gives him a deep understanding of how Prairie Berries operates and what it takes to maintain our commitment to quality.

Outside of work, Josue enjoys exploring his creative side through graphic design and drone photography. He also loves spending time with family and friends—especially around a good BBQ—as well as off-roading and cheering on his favorite baseball team.
