Karina arrived at Prairie Berries in 2022. Back in Boaco, she owns and operates her own motorcycle parts store, an experience that has shaped her business sense, inventory management skills, and strong awareness of customer expectations.

At Prairie Berries, Karina works in the commercial kitchen and value-add processing operations, focusing on the production side where value-added products are developed and manufactured. This work requires recipe consistency, quality control, and the ability to scale production from test batches to full runs.

Her background as a business owner translates directly into an understanding of quality from a customer perspective and why consistency matters in commercial food production.
