Accounting Administrator & Indigenous Insight Lead

Tristan supports Prairie Berries through two essential roles. As Accounting Administrator, she manages accounts receivable and collections, issuing invoices, reconciling payments, and maintaining the cash flow that supports orchard expansion, equipment planning, and production growth.

She also leads Prairie Berries’ foreign worker program. Tristan coordinates permits, travel, housing, onboarding, and ongoing support for seasonal workers, helping sustain the workforce that makes large scale harvest and processing possible.

In addition, Tristan serves as the Indigenous Insight Lead for the Grasslands Group of Companies. She is Anishinaabe from Cote First Nation and Zagime Anishinabek and brings cultural knowledge and lived experience that guide Prairie Berries’ approach to respect, reciprocity, and Truth and Reconciliation.

Tristan’s dedication strengthens both Prairie Berries’ operations and its commitments to community, culture, and long term relationship building.
